Review Dissatisfied customer

We had a barrell shipped from Maryland. The barrell arrived in Surinam on April 30th 2021. The barrell is still at Laparkan and the date today is 6/3/2021 and everytime my relatives go to pick up the barrell they are given the run around. The barrell remains at Laparkan and for the 4th time my relatives have been given an excuse why they cannot get their barrell. To the administrators at Laparkan in Surnam we will no longer be using your service. The customers seem not to have any say so in receiving their property.
